Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Paytience platform (paytience.org), including all associated services, tools, AI coaching features, and trading challenge programmes (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Paytience reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally able to enter into binding contracts.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited or restricted.
- All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials and are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Description of Service
Paytience provides AI-powered discipline coaching for traders. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Trading Challenge Programmes: Simulated evaluation phases designed to assess trading discipline, risk management, and consistency.
- AI Coaching: Automated analysis of trading behaviour, tilt detection, discipline scoring, and personalised recommendations.
- Mirror Mode: Trade replication and performance analytics.
- Risk Engine: Automated risk monitoring and breach detection.
4. Account Rules and Trading Conduct
When participating in Paytience challenge programmes, you agree to abide by the following rules:
- Maximum Daily Loss: You must not exceed the maximum daily drawdown limit specified for your challenge tier.
- Maximum Total Drawdown: You must not exceed the maximum overall drawdown limit specified for your challenge tier.
- Consistency Rule: Profits must meet minimum consistency thresholds as defined in your challenge parameters.
- Prohibited Strategies: Exploiting platform latency, high-frequency arbitrage, copy trading from multiple accounts, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Single Account Policy: Each user may operate only one account unless explicitly authorised by Paytience.
Violation of any account rule may result in immediate disqualification, account termination, and forfeiture of any pending payouts.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for challenge registrations and coaching subscriptions may be made via:
- Card Payments (Stripe): Credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Paytience does not store your card details. By paying by card you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
- Cryptocurrency: On-chain payments processed directly through our sovereign cryptocurrency payment infrastructure. Supported: USDT TRC20, TRX, USDC Polygon, ETH, BNB, BTC, SOL.
By making a payment, you agree that:
- All fees are quoted in USD. Card payments are charged in USD (or your card's local currency at your bank's exchange rate). Crypto payments are at the prevailing exchange rate.
- Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
- For crypto payments: you are responsible for any transaction fees, gas fees, or network costs. Payment confirmation is automated and typically occurs within 1–5 minutes of on-chain detection.
- Paytience is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, bank processing times, or payment processor outages.
6. AI Coaching Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICEThe AI coaching, signals, analysis, and recommendations provided by Paytience are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Paytience is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should not rely on any information provided by the AI as a substitute for your own independent research and judgement. All trading decisions are made solely by you, and you bear full responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, AI models, branding, design elements, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Paytience platform are the exclusive property of Paytience and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written permission.
- The Paytience name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Paytience. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Service become the property of Paytience and may be used without compensation or attribution.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Paytience, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
- We are not responsible for any trading losses, whether incurred on our platform or as a result of acting on information received through the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paytience and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
10. Account Termination
Paytience reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable rules.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful conduct.
- Use of the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paytience operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
